“FIX YOU”

My first solo exhibit ever was held at 360Chicago in the John Hancock Building in August 2021.

I chose to shine a light on mental health, with a portion of proceeds from merchandise sales going to NoStigmas, a local nonprofit organization supporting the cause.

During the design and production periods of the project, I found myself thinking a lot about a quote I read from Oprah Winfrey "You can't talk someone out of depressions. Mental Illness is real. And like everything else in life, it operates on a spectrum Though there are common symptoms, everyone experiences it differently".

My goal was for everyone that attended the exhibit to have a different experience. Through the mural, you'd discover a wide variety of tape and texture, the most effective being light reactive tape that was hidden within the installation. These pieces were activated during the day if photographed with flash photography, and during the night with black lights.

“QUEEN LIVE”

US Soccer asked me to do my first Live Art experience at Wrigley Field. The piece was inspired by FIFA Women’s World Cup & Pride Month. It was amazing to interact with everyone while creating art. The energy was electric and the final piece was donated to charity.
